Appearanz has taken all the necessary actions to ensure the health & safety of our team and customers. While we're working hard to fulfill your orders, it may take up to 5 days to process during this special time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please try looking in your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Please kindly note: we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAX
If you're shipping to a country outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are excluded from the international shipping fee you paid and levied once your package reaches your country.
Appearanz is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
Any refused international packages will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.
MILITARY ADDRESS
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, or APO and FPO military addresses will be shipped via USPS Regular Service only. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days.
AUTOMATIC RETURNS AND WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the buyer enters the shipping address correctly. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can then ship it to the correct address; otherwise, we cannot arrange a reshipment.
All international automatic returns will incur a 30% restocking fee for a monetary refund.
There will be a $5.99 shipping cost ($19.99 for international orders) for reshipment if the package is returned back to the sender.
LOST OR DAMAGED OF THE PACKAGE DISCLAIMER
If the signature request is waived or you have a signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL, or TNT, Appearanz will no longer be responsible for any loss or damage to the package.
