ABOUT ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Can I Cancel My Order?

    You can cancel your order only if they have not been shipped, but it will incur a 10% handling fee. No handling fee is deducted if you choose to refund your order in Appearanz store credits, and your next purchase will be made easier!

    Orders CANNOT be canceled once they have been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected].

  • Can I Return My Order?

    Appearanz offers a 15-day return policy for our customers in the United States. If you're not completely happy with our products, you can return or exchange your order (s) as long as the products are in ELIGIBLE and NEW CONDITION. We can’t accept ineligible products and they will be returned to you at your cost. Read the full Return Policy here.

    This U.S. RETURNS policy applies to the U.S. returns only. We're so sorry to tell you that we don’t accept any international returns at the moment.

  • How do I Initiate a U.S. Return or Exchange
    • Read the full Return Policy here.

    • Return the product to the return address and update the tracking number online.

    Please note that customers are responsible for their return shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

  • Can I Change My Shipping Address?

    We can help you to change your shipping address only if your package has not been shipped. Orders CANNOT be altered once they have been shipped. Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected]if you want to change your shipping address.

  • Do You Cover International Shipping Tax?

    Import duties and taxes, which are excluded in the international shipping fee you paid and levied once your package reaches your country. Appearanz is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by your local customs authority for international deliveries.

    Any refused international packages will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total order amount.

  • Where Do I Find My Tracking Information?

    A shipping confirmation email with your tracking information and a tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received it, please be sure to double-check t your spam/junk or promotions folder. If you still aren't able to find it, please feel free to email us at [email protected], and we will be more than happy to help you.

  • What currency are the prices on your website listed as?

    All prices listed on the website are in US (USD) dollars.

  • Will I Be Charged Taxes On My Order?

    U.S. Orders: taxes will be applied for California (CA)

    Please keep in mind these collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Appearanz in no way benefits from this and directly pays the amount collected to the state.

  • Why Is My Payment Not Going Through?

    At checkout, please make sure that all of your personal information (name, address, phone number, etc) that associated with your credit card are correct; otherwise, the transaction will not go through as we have a very secure payment process. Please call your credit card company to verify the information you have on file if you’re unsure about your card information.

    You can also try to check out by using PayPal as your payment method. If this problem persists, please email our team at [email protected]with your full name, phone number, shipping address, and a screenshot of the products you’d like to purchase. We’ll be happy to help you further!

  • Will My Credit Card Information Be Stored In Your System?

    Card information remains the private property of the cardholder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase at Appearanz. All transactions are processed through a fully secured and reputable third-party payment processor (Paypal/Stripe/Sezzle), and your checkout experience is protected by industry-standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. No card information is ever saved at Appearanz.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card).

  • FULL REFUNDS

    Example: A full refund is issued on a $100 order. The shopper has only paid one installment of $25. The shopper's other three installments ($75 total) will be canceled, and $25 will be credited to their original payment method.

    PARTIAL REFUNDS

    Example 1:A $75 refund is issued on a $100 order. The shopper has only paid one installment of $25. The shopper's other three installments will be canceled - as those installments equal $75, no refund will be credited to the original payment method.

    Example 2:A $95 refund is issued on a $100 order. The shopper has only paid one installment of $25. The shopper's other three installments will be canceled - but as those installments only equal $75, a $20 refund will be credited to the original payment method.

ABOUT PRODUCTS

  • Are Appearanz Products Vegan & Cruelty-free?

    Yes. All of Appearanz products are cruelty-free and Vegan. We do NOT use any animal or animal by-products. Our lashes are created with premium silk fiber or vegan PBT fiber.

  • Is Lash glue included with my purchase?

    Lash glue is NOT included with your purchase. Appearanz currently does not sell lash glue but we do sell Adhesive Liquid Eyeliner separately.

  • Can I Get My Appearanz Lashes Wet?

    Appearanz Magnetic Lashes are handmade out of silk or PBT fiber, so they withstand water. That being said, we do NOT recommend our lashes being fully submersed.

  • Can I Apply Mascara onto My Appearanz Lashes?

    Yes, you can. Please clean the lash hairs and lash band every time you take them off to ensure the maximum longevity of the lashes.

  • How to Apply Appearanz Falsies?

    Classic Strip Lashes

    • Choose a pair of Appearanz false lashes and remove them from the packaging by loosening them out in the outer corner
    • Measure the falsies out by placing them on your lash line (without putting adhesive on)
    • Cut the extra length of falsies to match your natural lash line (always cut the outer corner!)
    • Curl your natural lashes and apply some mascara to blend in with your falsies.
    • Apply lash glue or adhesive liquid eyeliner just like any other eyeliner pen.
    • Waiting for a few seconds till it gets tacky, then you can just take your falsie and simply place it on the eyeliner or glue.
    • Apply another coat of mascara to your natural lashes to blend in with your falsies if you want.

    Done!

    Magnetic Lashes

    • Choose a pair of Apperanz Magnetic lashes and remove them from the packaging by using tweezers
    • Measure the falsies out by placing them on your lash line (without putting magnetic eyeliner on)
    • Trim the falsie to match your natural lash line (always cut the outer corner and leave more magnets on the strip as much as possible)
    • Curl your natural lashes and apply some mascara to blend in with your falsies.
    • Apply magnetic eyeliner just like any other eyeliner pen.
    • No more waiting for 20 seconds till it gets tacky. You can just take your falsie and simply place it on the eyeliner.
    • Apply another coat of mascara to your natural lashes to blend in with your falsies if you want.

    Done!

  • How to Remove Lashes

    Secure the inner corner of the lash band between two fingertips, and gently remove the lash by lifting the band of lash-up from the inner corner. Then pull across the eyelid towards the outer corner of the lash band to fully remove the Appearanz lash.

  • How To Remove Lash Glue/ Adhesive Liquid/Magnetic Eyeliner

    Apply a cotton ball soaked with an oil-based cleanser or makeup remover directly to the skin. Allow to sit for 5-15 seconds and then gently wipe glue or eyeliner residue away.

  • How To Clean The Lash Band of Appearanz Lashes

    Put makeup remover or oil-based cleanser on a Q-tip, and gently rub off the lash glue, magnetic eyeliner, or adhesive liquid eyeliner on the lash band until the residue is gone.

  • How To Clean the Actual Lash Hairs

    Place the lash on top of a paper towel or soft tissue. Apply oil-free makeup remover or micellar water cleanser on a Q-top or to a cotton swab, and gently brush away any residues or any unwanted makeup. Please kindly note that oil-based cleansers can be harmful to the lashes so avoid using oil-based cleansers to clean lash hairs.

  • How To Store Lashes

    Safely put your Appearanz lashes onto the tray and put them back in the box. In this way, it will help to maintain the overall curl of lashes, save their shape and keep them clean and safe.
