Strip Lashes

What are Strip Lashes?

Strip lashes are the most common type of lashes on the market, which are also referred to as false eyelashes, falsies, stick-on, or glue-on lashes. Strip lashes are a pre-made band of lashes in one piece, which are usually applied with removable lash glue or adhesive liquid eyeliner. Because of this easy application of strip lashes, people can apply, remove and re-apply at home, by themselves. Strip lashes are reusable and very versatile. They can be worn several times before they become unwearable and can be trimmed to achieve a desired length and width to fit one’s eyes.

How to Apply Strip Lashes?

  1.      Choose a pair of Appearanz false lashes and remove them from the packaging by loosening them out in the outer corner
  2.      Measure the falsies out by placing them on your lash line (without putting adhesive liquid eyeliner on)
  3.      Cut the extra length of falsies to match your natural lash line (always cut the outer corner!)
  4.      Curl your natural lashes and apply some mascara to blend in with your falsies.
  5.      Apply lash glue or adhesive liquid eyeliner just like any other eyeliner pen.
  6.      No more waiting for 20 seconds till it gets tacky. You can just take your falsie and simply place it on the eyeliner.
  7.      Apply another coat of mascara to your natural lashes to blend in with your falsies if you want.
  8.      Done!

How to Remove Strip Lashes:

When removing strip lashes, secure the inner corner of the lash band between two fingertips, and gently remove the lash by lifting the band of lash-up from the inner corner. Then pull across the eyelid towards the outer corner of the lash band to fully remove the Strip lashes.

How to Remove Lash Glue or Adhesive Liquid Eyeliner

We use lash glue or adhesive liquid eyeliner to put on strip lashes. How do we remove the glue adhesive eyeliner on our eyelids when we take off the strip lashes?

Apply a cotton ball soaked with any oil-based cleanser or makeup remover directly to the skin. Allow to sit for 5-15 seconds and then gently wipe glue or eyeliner residue away.

How to Clean the Lash Band of Strip Lashes:

Put makeup remover or oil-based cleanser on a Q-tip, and gently rub off the lash glue or adhesive liquid eyeliner on the lash band until the residue is gone.

To Clean the Actual Lash Hairs

Place the lash on top of a paper towel or soft tissue. Apply oil-free makeup remover or micellar water cleanser on a Q-top or to a cotton swab, and gently brush away any residues or any unwanted makeup. Please kindly note that oil-based cleansers can be harmful to the lashes so avoid using an oil-based cleanser to clean lash hairs.

Magnetic Lashes

What are Magnetic Lashes?

Magnetic lashes are designed for people who are tired of waiting for the lash glue to get completely set or for people who are allergic to lash glue. There are two different types of magnetic lashes on the market. One is Sandwich Magnetic eyelashes, which work by sandwiching your natural lash between two falsies with magnetic strips, which hold them in place just like lash glue/adhesive liquid eyeliner does.

One is an innovative lash product- micro-magnets magnetic lash. Micro-magnet magnetic lashes have the same lash band as strip lashes do but they have several micro magnets attached along the lash base, which can be applied with a magnetic eyeliner. Magnetic eyeliner is made from a mild, vegan, and safe ingredient and has no harsh elements in it.

Magnetic lashes can be popped on right after using the magnetic eyeliner only Magnetic lashes are reusable and can be used more than 30 times with proper care.
